Returns and damaged dolls?

We can't ship dolls on approval and our return policy was abused to the point that we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Your dolls will be double boxed, the carton cushioned solidly with packing materials and fully insured for shipping. In the very rare case an item is damaged in transit we will work with you and UPS to get you a speedy reimbursement or replacement. Please save entire shipping carton and materials and contact UPS upon receipt.

If you receive a new doll in a sealed factory shipper or a never removed from box doll with a factory flaw, you must contract the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We aren't responsible for sealed manufacturer flaws.
