What if my order is damaged in shipment?

Two Daydreamers ships domestic orders via USSPS and we insure all shipments on your behalf for full replacement value. All shipments are FOB Origin, and therefore title of the merchandise passes to the customer at the time of shipment.

We will do everything we can to assist you with your claim but it is your responsibility to notify USPS of the damage upon receipt and to file a claim with USPS. It's a good idea to save all packaging as sometimes USPS will want to inspect it.
