Madame Alexander Couture Collection - "Neiman Marcus Vintage Glamour Doll"
This glamorous Cissette was the second in a series of dolls, modeled after Vintage Vogue magazine advertisements, created exclusively for Neiman Marcus.
She's wearing a perfect replica of the black, strapless, sequined gown designed by Jo Copeland for the Pattullo Collection (a copy of the original ad is printed on the back of the special Madame Alexander window display box). The gown features a dramatic side slit and a bustled train of black and white pleated tulle. In imitation of the ad layout, the 10" Cissette has her brunette hair styled in an updo, and is accessorized with pear drop rhinestone earrings; black strappy evening heels and black opera length gloves. She comes with a clear display stand. NRFB - photographed with hairnet still in place and thru plastic cover. Her hair is doesn't stick out as shown in the photo out of the box - but wanted to show her train.
