Marie Catherine Laveau (September 10, 1801 - June 16, 1881) was a Louisiana Creole practitioner of Voodoo, who was renowned in New Orleans as the "Voodoo Queen of New Orleans."

She's presented here as a 10" dark-skinned, articulated Cissette with dark brown eyes and an upswept hairdo of curly dark hair. She's wearing a lace-trimmed ivory blouse; red skirt with yellow trim and ruffled hem; lace-trimmed petticoat; white panties; black strappy heels and gold tone hoop earrings. Her plastic sealed accessories include a red voodoo doll; ivory head wrap; waist sash; shawl and multi-strand beaded necklace.
