We can't ship dolls on approval and our return policy was abused to the point that we can no longer accept returns or exchanges. Items are inspected carefully when received from their respective manufacturers and again when being prepared for shipping. We describe the condition of the item that you are buying and note if there is a tear or noticeable mark on box or shipper. We do not consider wrinkles in tissue paper or a mark on a name-tag to be a defective.

Your dolls will be double boxed, the carton cushioned solidly with packing materials and fully insured for shipping. In the very rare case an item is damaged in transit and we will work with you and UPS to get you a speedy reimbursement or replacement. Please save entire shipping carton and materials and contact UPS upon receipt.

If you receive a new doll in a sealed factory shipper or a never removed from box doll with a factory flaw, you must contract the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We aren't responsible for sealed manufacturer flaws.
