We have new dolls arriving throughout the year. Their estimated arrival dates are included in their descriptions. Please keep in mind that this dates are only estimates. Pre-orders require a 30% down payment. The item will be packed and shipped to you within two business days of your doll arriving at Two Daydreamers. The 30% pre-order deposits are not refundable and are non-transferable to other orders.
When you place a pre-order using a credit card, you are charged 30% of the item's price. The remaining 70% balance, along with shipping and sales tax (if in California) is automatically charged to your credit card the day the item is shipped to us. If you choose to pay with Paypal, you will be charged the 30% pre-order deposit plus shipping and sales tax (if shipping to a California address). When the item or items on your order are read to ship, you will be sent an invoice which is due and payable upon receipt for the balance. You must pay your Paypal invoice within 72 hours of receipt or be in jeopardy of losing your deposit and having your order canceled. You will receive an e-mail the day that your item is shipped with your UPS tracking number. Please retain it until your order arrives.
Shipping on pre-orders: As some customers place orders that include both 'in stock' items and 'pre-order' items, there is a shipping charge field on our check-out form. If your order is for just pre-order items, the shipping charge is backed out before we charge your 30% deposit. The shipping is charged only at the time your final balance is charged.
Please note: Pre-order items shown on this site and in manufacturers' catalogs are prototypes only; actual product may vary or may be changed during production. If this is a concern, it is best to wait until an item is actually in stock to order.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that we have a current credit card on file to charge the remaining 70% when the order is order is available for shipping. If your credit card is declined at that time, you will have defaulted on your pre-order. We will try contacting you via e-mail. If we have not heard back from you within 72 hours, you could forfeit your deposit and your order may be canceled.
On multiple item pre-orders that have different expected shipping dates from the manufacturer, any package shipped separately will be charged shipping.
