"Halloween Wicked Witch of the West" - Wizard of Oz Series - is ready to celebrate her favorite holiday - Halloween. This 10 inch bent-knee Cissette has eyes that match her green-tinged skin. Her raven-black hair is tied back in a bun, but can't contain the wispy bangs that escape to frame her face. The black flock witch's hat is trimmed with black organza ribbon. She's wearing an orange silk shantung skirt embellished with silk-screened Oz graphics along the bottom of the skirt and black lace trimming the hem. Her black blouse is accented with orange ribbon trim, and the black taffeta puffed sleeves are cuffed in black spandex trimmed with black lacy cording. The black flock corset has a bold splash of orange lacing. Black glissenette stockings with an attached panty, and black-flock, high-heel boots accessorize her costume. She makes a dramatic entrance in a flamboyant black liquid spandex cape and carrying a 'flaming' broomstick!
