Related more by intrigue than actual blood, Giulia Farnesi was such a beautiful woman that even a pope wanted her as his mistress. She a 10”, fully articulated, Cissette with brown eyes, has long, wavy, side-parted dark brunette hair that’s been swept to one side and fashioned into a braid. Her gown, a lavender, cream and beige diamond weave jacquard, features a bodice with a front-lacing corset and cream colored sleeves.
Green and silver metallic ribbon trims the bodice and sleeves, white lace does the same for the neckline and white satin ribbon embellishes the corset. A sheer cream apron, worn over the skirt of the gown, an off-white, lace trimmed petticoat and pantaloons, cream knit stockings and lavender mules with a bow in front fill out her ensemble which is accessorized with pearl earrings and a cream and white basket weave jacquard ‘Juliet’ cap that’s decorated with white and gold trim.

The doll originally marketed on our website, the Alexander Doll Company's website and in the 2011 Alexander Doll Company's catalog as "Lucrezia," was tagged and boxed in final productions as "Giulia." The doll shown on websites and catalogs since the 2011 Collection's debut as "Giulia" is now being produced as "Lucrezia." We will be shipping pre-orders when they arrive based on the photo shown when ordered rather than the doll name.
